Whether you are new to working out or a seasoned fitness enthusiast, Fitness Coach allows you to start training at home for free. This app has been built by professional fitness trainers, ensuring that the workout experience is akin to having a real personal trainer.
The app provides a wide range of difficulty levels, offering 6 experience levels for all training sessions. Regardless of whether you are a beginner or advanced, Fitness Coach has you covered.
In addition to the diverse difficulty levels, the app offers 30-day plans designed to guide you towards your goals in just 4 weeks. These plans come with three different difficulty levels, and each workout gradually increases in intensity. By the end of the challenge, you will be ready to take on a new one at a higher difficulty level.
For those who prefer standalone workouts, Fitness Coach also provides a variety of options. You can simply select your desired workout and duration (from 5 to 6 minutes) and choose from six different difficulty levels (from beginner to expert).
One of the unique features of Fitness Coach is the ability to create your own custom workout routines using their extensive database of over 105 video exercises.
The app comes with several other notable features including quick and effective workouts, HD videos of real trainers (no animations), progress tracking, calorie tracking, customized workout reminders, Google Fit data syncing, social network sharing functionality, and offline accessibility.
